At his best, again - along with the other fountains in the square, and Borromini's church of Sant'Agnese in Agone. I tried to find the Pasquino group, but it's in an adjacent square

What an amazing statue and Piazza. Like most attractions in Rome this Piazza is easy to find (tourist map very handy). This fountain is beautiful and the detail superb.

Bernini did the statue, it represents four rivers and continents, basically what they knew at the time. You can have the kids guess which.

We had so many things to see in only 1 week but were very happy we happened by this magnificent Fountain by Bernini. A very busy square with lots of activity.

The fountain of four rivers is an impressive structure at the center of Piazza Navona. This is a wonderful location for a photo of your party, as it’s not nearly as crowded as Trevi Fountain (though nowhere near the size either).

This is a large square with lots of activity - restaurants, kiosks selling all sorts of tourist products, music, a punch and judy show and wandering salesmen with pleanty of "tat" to sell. But still worth a visit.
