About
I had my "pasta factory" in Rome for 4 years. I have always been inspired by the pasta my grandmother used to cook in the kitchen when I was a child. Today I am proud to teach the old Italian method of making pasta to hundreds of people who want to learn to eat healthy pasta according to the true Italian tradition, thus transmitting all my love for pasta and all the passion of my family.

Such an amazing class! I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Rome. It was so much fun and the dinner we made was delicious! Chef Emanuele is so awesome and has the best energy! I even gifted this class to my parents for their trip!

This was easily the best thing we did in Rome our whole holiday. The whole team were so lovely, so funny and so knowledgeable and they came and sat to eat dinner with us which was a lovely touch.
The class was well paced, a mix of cooking, drinking, eating and chatting - we never felt like we were stuck doing one thing more than another, and it worked well to get all the different parts done, without having to wait around. We learnt absolutely loads, the info was easy to digest and I felt like I could do it from home, but never felt like a school lesson, and the making was hard but not impossible!
The group size was small enough that you got enough attention, and everyone in the group could chat and get to know each other, and the room/kitchen was beautiful. We did this the first night we arrived which was great as we got to try loads of dishes which we could try again on the trip, as well as getting some amazing recommendations for bars and restaurants.
Honestly couldn't recommend this experience more, it was so much fun.

This was one of the best experiences of all my travels, and I’ve travelled a lot!! Emanuele and Angelo are wonderful teachers, clear and supportive, encouraging, warm, kind, and charming, in a very Italian way ;^). We learned how to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tortellini, which were all delicious, and you’ll go home with the recipes. The group had lots of fun, there was time for friendly interaction, which we really enjoyed, and we had a luscious meal of our own homemade pasta after the lesson. You will find this to be a highlight of your trip. We loved it!!!!

Bravissimi Angelo e Emanuele! We feel like we learned a huge amount and really got to know pasta. It was also hugely fun and merry. Great hosts, very informative e una grande festa di pasta! Grazie tanto!

This was an amazing experience. Emanuele and Angelo made us feel like we had been friends for years, not like we had just met for the first time minutes earlier. They managed to make learning how to make pasta easy to understand. We would recommend making this a part of your trip to Rome and would be more than happy to take this class again!

We can't stop talking about how much we loved this experience! We booked this for our last night in Rome before returning home, and it was absolutely a highlight of our trip!
Emanuele & Angelo were so full of energy and absolutely love what they do! They made the whole experience fun and enjoyable for everyone. They would show us first how to make the pasta and then come around to help us one-on-one with the techniques and offer advice.
After we made the pasta, they cooked it and served us each the pasta we made with glasses of wine. They also showed us how they made the pasta sauce and gave us the recipes to take home. We all sat together with the chefs to eat like a family. It was a small, intimate group, so we all got to talk, laugh, and get to know each other. After dinner, Emanuele made tiramisu dessert right there at the table and walked us through how he makes it. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to try what we learned at home!
