We arranged 4 transfers from airport to hotels to cruise port. Drivers were professional and reliable. Cars were clean Mercedes. Pricing was competitive compared to other companies. Highly recommend this service.

We arranged 4 transfers from airport to hotels to cruise port. Drivers were professional and on time. Clean Mercedes cars. Price was competitive with other services. Highly recommend Habi Cabs.

Rome Habi Cab was reliable, with spacious, clean cars. We utilized them for pickup from the airport as well as a transfer to our cruise ship in Civitavecchia. Communication with Bruno was super quick and helpful, and our second driver, Christiano, was absolutely amazing. He was so polite and skilled as a driver. (Dare I say that Italian roads are NOT for the faint of heart: he made it look easy, and we felt very safe.) Grazie mille, Habi Cab!

good experience, good communication, clean vehicles. given the fact that there can be long taxi lines in Rome especially in high season this made my trip less stressful.

Rome Habi Cabs is the the best transportation company that anyone could every ask for. We were stranded from a no-show from the airport to Civitavecchia that was booked through booking.com. I called Bruno from Rome Habi Cabs and he had someone there within 20 minutes. I cancelled all other transport companies and only used them. Very clean, on-time and drivers were great! Cristiano was our favorite. But they were all fantastic. I will not hesitate the next time in Rome to call Bruno. Bruno responds very quickly to all emails and whatsapp. Very fair pricing and great drivers. I can't say enough good things about Bruno and his company. Please call on them for any transportation needs! I give them am A++++++++++++ Your the best Bruno!!

Cristiano picked us up right outside the ship and a short walk to his van which was plenty big for 8 of us. Drove to Rome where we were dropped very close to all of the main sights to take photographs and also time for lunch . After approx 4 hours we were taken to the airport. A fantastic day to fill our time ahead of an evening flight back to the UK.

Absolutely horrendous. Never showed up for us at all from our central Rome location. When they were late I called twice before they answered and said they were 10-15 minutes away (already late). But when I kept called again after that wait time they stopped answering and just never showed. Unbelievably disappointing and anyone considering this company should dig further in the reviews for similar experiences. Unprofessional and Unreliable and you proceed at your own risk, especially if you have specific times by which you need to be somewhere.

Hi in the last 60 days we have never left anyone stranded and we have no complaints about our transfer services. We carry out about 40 of them every day and we have never let anyone down. Furthermore, the only delay made where we apologized to customers dates back to two months ago where we offered a free transfer from Rome to Fiumicino airport. Obviously the comment made is a fake, at least the reservation number should be entered so that we can trace who makes the comment and what the service is. Good day

I wanted to share my experience I recently had with one of Rome Habi Cabs employees.I will be traveling to Rome to take a 7 day Mediterranean cruise with 7 family members and need several transfers to and from airport as well as transfers to and from the port. Being a senior citizen and not exactly computer savvy I needed a little extra help in booking. Bruno from the company was beyond helpful and patient at every turn.Guiding me through the procedure at all times. He personally email making sure that everything was correct and responded quickly to all my questions. If this is how the companies employees treat their customers I look forward to the service they will provide when we get there in July. Once again I cannot give a higher compliment to Bruno who is one amazing man! Thank you.

We are 6 people, needing transportation from Civitavecchia port (Royal Caribbean) to Fiumicino airport on Nov 11, 2019.
Are you able to pick us up right at the ship docking?
Or somewhere else at the port/terminal?
I’m concern because 4 of us are elderly.

We hired Habib for a private tour for 5 adults from Civitavecchia (cruise port) to Vatican City to meet our personal guide. The driver was courteous and on time and the van was very clean. When we met our guide, Luisa, she had skip the line tickets in hand; she was very fluent in English and well informed about Vatican City. We would definitely suggest the services of Habib Cab.
