The line up to get into the Vatican Museum and Sistene Chapel was insane. You need to go with a skip the line guided tour. Even when inside the crowds are ridiculous but it is a must to go and see.

We had a guided tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine chapel and St. Peter's Basilica - the tour guide was absolutely fabulous, so knowledgable. It was a great experience and well worth the money.
