Travelled from the UK to see Depeche Mode at this stadium in June. I had to research how to get to the stadium from Rome Termini Station, as there is no direct train. We decided to take the metro part of the way and then...More

Soccer/Football matches take place here nowadays. It's a grand area I was curious to know. I took the Metro and then a bus to reach it 'cause it's outside the historic city center. At this stadium, Francesco Totti (local idol) played his last match and...More

Largest sports arena in Rome accommodating up to 80,000. Travelled here from San Francisco to attend Depeche Mode 2017 World Tour in this immense open air stadium on a balmy summer evening. Chaos following concert, public transport/taxis not readily accessible upon exiting, concession prices quite...More

While in Rome, we fancied seeing some football, so we looked online and booked quickly and easily, at twenty euros per ticket. That's great for top flight European football. The security checks felt good (which is important nowadays), and our passports were compared to our...More

Football match was fabulous : SS Lazio v Inter Milan, seats expensive but basic. Food was typical sports venue quality (very average). No extra buses for exiting crowd so be prepared to walk afterwards. Lack of use of huge electronic scoreboards to show replays was...More

This was an eye opener. Luckily my partner and I left 2 hours before the game because it took just over 2 hours to get tickets. (We tried to plan ahead but were told by numerous people to purchase at the stadium) Once we got...More

I would say, based on my own seats that it is better to get tickets on the straight, or at worst just off the straight at the corner, and about mix height for the best view.

By bus but it is helpful to plan in advance - taxi would be more expensive but regular buses run back to the city centre.
