This is an excellent beach for all but especially families with small children as the sea is shallow by the sand and has a very gradual increase to depth, the water is really warm. It really is wonderful. If you want the beach then do...More

If you love a sandy beach, look no further. For a slightly more cost effective alternative to the various Lido that are available, try the narrow strip of beach directly opposite the end of Via Serapide. You can still hire umbrellas, deck chairs and sun...More

Serapo is a beautiful white sandy beach in Gaeta. The water is crystal clear and you can walk out in the water with nothing but soft velvety sand under your feet. The beach is littered with cafes and you can rent loungers for a reasonable...More

This is the largest and most central beach in Gaeta, and the busiest too. It's very close to shops and eateries, but parking is rather limited so better not bring a car. It gets very crowded in July and especially August.

We spent most days in September at the La Perla Lido at Serapo Beach. It was fabulous. The sea is warm without any rocks or pebbles and the sand is soft and golden.
