This church has an impressive interior.

We visit this church and were surprised by the many decorations of the walls. An impressive building.

Cathedral of Pompéi is absolutely splendid and dedicated to Madonna of the Rosary; very nice architecture, you can visite the campanile (the tower) if it is open, and you have a mega view over Pompéi.

Was closed on a weekend in the afternoon. Not sure if this is a real church, generally they should be open all the time. Got to see the outside, its bog standard, nothing special. Not sure what all the fuss is about after seeing Vatican.

Also, going up the bell tower is a must as well (EUR 2 per person to take the lift up) since you will get a panoramic view of Pompeii and Mount... More

A surprise to find that this is a relatively modern church built in the 1800s. There is a wonderful mix of paintings and mosaics, let alone beautiful domes and huge columns. A lovely feel in this church.

I visited here on a Tuesday evening at around 6.00pm when an evening mass was underway and I was extremely moved, I do not even recognise a religion so as to why I was moved so much I couldn't tell you. I felt such a moving feeling I visited again for another evening mass on the Thursday ? Why ?... More
