I found the garden to be the best part of this museum. Go for a walk in the garden and view it from the second floor of the museum.

Intimate setting for concerts. A must see visit if you are in Sorrento. A short walk just outside the main square of Sorrento

This museum has some lovely pieces of art. The miniature ebony and ivory inlays are impressive, furniture with miniature scene paintings and a night clock made for the first Pope are just a few pieces you'll find here. You can walk through an orange and lemon grove that leads down to Hotel Ambasitori when leaving.

Next to a garden centre this impressive building stands. The entrance is in the central archway. There are 5 rooms full of interesting artifacts. It's worth a look.

The museum was across the road from our hotel. Having read some of the reviews I was unsure if the museum would be worth the visit. On our way back to the hotel we decided to call in and give it a try. The museum may not be to everyone taste but I did enjoy my visit. I love old... More

Private museums that reflect their owner's tastes and interests are fascinating. This impressive home has four large floors of exhibits, from Greek and Roman finds in the Archaeological Section on the ground floor to the impressive majolica and chinaware collection on the third floor. There is an excellent variety of wood inlay furniture, a specialty of Sorrento. The Hall of... More

A very interesting museum of items collected by two brothers in the 18th century. A mix of Roman, Greek and 18th century items. 4 floors of interest. Don't miss the gardens and the view from the terrace over Sorrento Bay. Worth a visit

We attended the museum for a Wedding. It's a lovely location with beautiful gardens out the back. We didn't see around the Museum but as a wedding venue it is a superb location.

There were Sorrento OWN Three tenors performing but the tickets has sold out and was unable to go in. We passed this building on our walks almost daily but never got the chance to go inside.

Sorrento does not have many museums or important sites, but this museum contains a variety of items collected by the noble Correale family over the centuries. Many things from paintings to sculptures to furniture, etc. to enjoy. Also, in the back is a wonderful garden with paths and places to sit. Would recommend
