    Picturesque & tranquil lemon grove
Visited here with my husband and son on 1 evening on our holiday to Sorrento, unfortunately we didn't realise that it closed at 8pm & it was already 7.45 pm so we didn't really get time to appreciate this attraction. It was a cute little lemon grove, not far from Piazza Tasso, quite romantic to stroll round with the lemons hanging above your head. There's a cafe & ice-creams, it was our fault we came too late to sample the products, I'd recommend to visit this lemon grove but check the opening times first & maybe wear insect repellent to be on the safe side.

    🍋 Lemons
We stopped of for some Lemon gelato and sat eating it in the middle of the lemon grove. Beautifully quiet away from the busy streets of Sorrento. Nice to see the Limoncello manufacturing process on site and to get a taste. 🍋🍋

    making limoncello in Sorrento, italy
Limoncello....during our stay in Sorrento one of our small local tours was in a lovely lemon orchard, right in the downtown area. We actively made our own limoncello, toured under the lemon trees and were given lots of info regarding the making of limoncello of course, but also all about the trees, grafting, shade, etc. We were gifted 2 bottles of limoncello on our departure. A short walk from the city centre.

Welcome to Limoncello hell-o. More lemon-based products than you could throw a citrus stick at.
Great little place. A Limoncello factory/brewey/winery with tours around a small lemon grove/garden at the back with a tasting session of several different flavours - including liquorice! Then back to the shop for Limoncello products and ice creams etc in a little indoor seating area. Toilets available. A pleasant enough diversion for an hour or so. .32

    Limoncello Delight in Sorrento
This place is just a brief 10-minute stroll from the train station, yet pleasantly secluded from the bustling energy of Sorrento's city center. We saw a lot of lemon groves in the area while travelling by train and wanted to visit one of them and Giardini di Cataldo didnt dissapoint us. Our knowledgeable guide led us through the premises, enlightening us on the meticulous process of crafting limoncello, showing how this grove distinguishes itself by hand-peeling each lemon — a rarity in today's automated world. The tour, spanning about an hour, offered opportunities to capture scenic photographs within the garden, peer into the distillery through glass windows, and indulge in delectable gelatos. As one of Sorrento's oldest groves, with the founder's daughter now residing on-site, this place holds a unique charm. I highly recommend this destination to visitors, especially those fascinated by the lemon groves and limoncello which are specialties of the Amalfi Coast. Whether as a couple or with children, this grove promises a delightful experience.

Wonderful surprise in city of Sorrento
We stumbled upon this 150 year old lemon Grove in the middle of Sorrento city. They have multiple varieties of lemons, oranges and mandrin oranges. They use them to make cello. They also have candies and sorbet. Louisa is very knowledgeable and inviting. She is very passionate. They offer free samples of lemon, orange, basil, licorice cellos. The lemon cello spritz is delicious. Feels like you are not in a busy city when you are there. They have a factory where you can watch them make and bottle the cellos too. Worth stopping in!

The gelato was amazing. The walk in the lemon grove is about one minute long. Though, it seemed to do good business. It also had a bathroom.

This place has a great selection f gelato and very reasonable prices, so is well worth seeking out. We chose chocolate and caramel as well as lemon and cherry with almond
Absolutely delicious and so refreshing all eaten in a wonderfully scented lemon grove behind the store

The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, and the beverages were of remarkable quality. The limoncello bottles were reasonably priced and exhibited a distinct flavor profile compared to other offerings.

Very welcoming place, not pushy for sales, so go in and try their wide selection of home-made liqueurs, see their small kitchen, and wander their small orchard (which has the most beautiful and secluded little seating area where you can order food/drinks...a true hidden gem). Prices are decent and the limoncello that I bought was really delicious! (I tested the walnut liqueur - really different and tasty!) A must pop-in location when in Sorrento.

Very beautiful outdoors space in the back within the lemon grove. The limoncello was delicious and that shop was very cute with a lot of products available.

I’m glad we walked by. It’s a cute place but not really a tourist attraction; it’s a bar/gelateria/touristy shop. The theme is lemons. I thought it was a large garden. It’s not. There’s a small garden in back with seating and arbors.
