Interesting little natural "park" on the side of the main road. Not too many people stop here, which is a shame. Very interesting rock formations and view.

It is an incredible natural sight, even if you observe it from the road. Consider walking around to pay closer attention to the shapes on the rocks. Incredible!

If you are interested in geology and rock formations, it's a unique phenomenon. The access is easy for a super mini hike.

Tall packs of sliced stones are spread around a vast area. There is NO other such place in Greece. You will definitely love it

Stone forest is exectly what it is. Layers of natural rock formations shaped like trees.
Very fotogenic and worth the ( short) trip from Monodendri

You keep seeing those rock formations during your journey but here they are all gathered together as if it was a forest. Consecutive layers of flat stone, as if a builder put it together. If you don't mind the extra 5 kilometers after Monodendri, you should visit this place just for the experience

Very impressive rock formation in many roads near Monodentri. They call it stone forest - I would have called it forest of nature sculptures.
