This is a real gem of modernista architecture. Wonderful details in the signage, the tiling, even the ticket counters. Mackintosh meets Mucha. Wonder why it's not better known. For lovers of architecture, it's a must.

This train station is another unique and well maintained structure. Art Deco and Moorish Art influence the design. Well worth a quick visit.

This is one of the most beautiful train stations we have been to in Europe. It is filled with gorgeous tile work. A photographer's dream!

Well kept station in its original size, archtecture and decorations. dating from the time when travelling by train was a real adventure for wealthy people and where stations were built to impress or charm the visitors

Beautiful architecture can be seen from both the interior and exterior of station. Very clean, bright and well organised. Several shops inside.

The outside of the building is quite attractive with its block-like structure. The inside reveals lovely tiles which give a bit of peace to a busy place. There are places to sit and look around which is nice. It is worth going in to where the trains are as the place feels like a huge cavern with the iron monsters... More
