Built in a former river bed, this is a beautiful urban park, and has helped transform this part of Valencia into a modern treasure. Flanked for the fabulous Arts and Sciences to the South and the Biopark to the North, this park is wide, flat,...More

I starting with rented bikes from the old city (they have bike rental shops everywhere!) then went through the entire park on bikes, to the City of Arts and Sciences and then to Malvarrosa Beach.

This was a lovey little museum and well worth the 2€ entry. Not always clear in English, but enough to make sense and enjoy walking the through the lives of Romans and centuries of history

Passing through a mix of architectures this is a wonderful way to get around the city. We used it to walk the couple of miles from our hotel to the old city. Bike friendly (we have yet to try the bike hire scheme), family friendly...More

I'm afraid I can't answer this question although I remember that the hotel we stayed in did promote bicycle hire as there was always one on display in reception, we walked everywhere or used the tourist on and off bus. Very... More

The Metro is easy to use, if you're going outside of the city centre. In the city centre/old city you can walk from one side to the other in about 30 minutes. Taxi is aslo easy to use.
