About
The Craft Centre is located in Calle Honda, next to the well-known Plaza de los tres Reyes, and the Glorieta de San Francisco traffic circle. It occupies the ground floor of the building and the different rooms where the craftsmen exhibit their wares connect with one another. At the back, a room is dedicated to the temporary exhibitions and this is where the artists can display their newest creations each month.

We were looking for a traditional souvenirs from Cartagena and we saw this bautiful store. They have a lot of hand made quality products and the store looks very nice. Antonio, our cashier, was very friendly and polite. He was patient when we wanted to look around the place and when we picked what we wanted, he gave us information about the product and its author. It was awesome and we can definitely recommend to visit it.

This is a beautiful shop full of lovely things. Gorgeous jewellery and pottery, hand bags, wine, cheese, olive oil and beer, all made by very talented local artisans. And everything is well priced. Antonio is super charming and helpful and even gave me a quick Spanish lesson, as well as recommending some other beautiful spots to visit in Spain. This was my second visit. The first time, we watched an artist make her really pretty and modern jewellery. I really recommend you visit this place and suspect you won’t go away empty handed. It’s really central too. Just off San Francisco square. I’ll be back for more soon. Maggie.

This is a terrific shop that displays the products of local artists and artisans in multiple media (ceramics, jewellery, clothes, food and more) for sale at very reasonable prices. The experience is enhanced by Antonio who manages the store. He is knowledgeable about the products and their creators, is very gracious and speaks very good english. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend it.

It was so interesting and what a great way for local experts to sell their creations.

It's a real gem! I have spent long days all over Spain looking for exactly the type of products that are offered in this wonderful store in Cartagena! You can find a broad variety of handmade, often sustainable, items made by local artists. It will be my go-to store before my trips to get gifts that are indeed made in Spain! I even found treats for myself because I could not resist:) Oh, and Antonio was knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and very helpful! All around thumbs up!

What a wonderful place - such a treasure trove of quality artisan products. I was helped by the wonderful Antonio who was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient and I walked away with some fantastic goodies. I recommend a visit!

Unique beautiful handmade products. This centre is definitely worth a visit. We spent a good hour perusing. Antonio is delightful and enthusiastic. I will be recommending this shop to friends and family.

An Aladdin's cave filled with beautiful ceramics, scarves, kimonos, jewellery etc, all made by local artists. What a find! Antonio speaks excellent English and is very informative about the products he sells and Cartagena itself. Don't miss this treat!
