A nice jardin really. After you take couple of photos to the temple have a walk in the park which is nice than go to the edge and see the full Madrid from top.

The gardens surrounding the template perfectly ok but nothing special. If you have time head North into the main Park of the West which is amazing. Walk North then East to Moncloa if you have time. The park is amazing.

The gardens offer a great view over Madrid and is a perfect spot to catch a sunset. Unfortunately, when we visited the fountains and water surrounding the Egyptian temple were AWOL making it rather dreary,

Once you have seen the Templo de Debod, it is worth taking a stroll around the gardens. It was busy when we visited as we arrived to view the sunset. However we took a stroll to see the views of the city as well.

This temple is in total contrast with the other buildings I saw in Madrid. But it fits in this great city. It is nice to take a walk around it and admire the view of the Palace and the distant houses.

Jardins do Templo de Debod is one of the best viewing points within the city where you can look out to the palace and the cathedral as well as west out into the surrounding countryside. Pleasant spot for a stroll.

After seeing inside the actual temple you must go around the back and walk through it's small but peaceful gardens and take in the views you get over Madrid. The gardens and temple are very high up so you can get some very good photos.
