For a capital city, there is lot left to desire. You are perfectly safe downtown, many police officers patrol the area, indeed their station is right in the middle of the mall, but you still have the sellers of fakes, trainers, DVDs, CDs, football shirt....More

Found the city disappointing and dirty. At the main tourist spots we had bad and even aggressive service when we spoke in English . Overall wouldn't recommend.
