Overall, I did not find this too useful. The busses do not run as efficiently as I had hoped and traffic tends to slow things down. I’d recommend learning the subway system and using that as your transportation. The headphones and info while traveling was...More

Good route with plenty of stops but audio not great, quite garbled and unclear. Route 2 a bit ordinary mostly modern sights

In theory, this is a good option as it helps you find the sights and gives you an overview. In practice, we enjoyed the first fifteen minutes on the upper deck but then waited 40 minutes at the next stop. The bus was standing roon...More

We do hop on hop offs in every city through Europe and America. Madrid is not a good city to be on a bus. The traffic is terrible, the weather is too hot, the commentary is terrible (no stories, really basic facts, majority out of...More

The bus tour of Madrid went pretty well. Nice sightings and comfy places to sit. Would truly reccomend going in the evenings as in the afternoon the bus is really warm.

Standard hop on and hop off bus perfect for getting around and learning about the sites. Unfortunately the traffic was terrible when we visited due to some of the road works in the area.

There is a lot to see in Madrid but sometimes it's a bit hidden or farther away. Survey the area quickly with the tour. Whatever your plans make sure you visit the old market in the center.

We have this an excellent way of seeing Madrid. The cost if you buy on-line is a little cheaper at 38 Euros for two people for two days. This is good value as it allows you to see just about every main attraction in the...More

They told us the buses come around every 10-15 minutes. After 40 minutes a bus shows up about half empty, but the host/conductor does not let us on because, he tells us, “this bus is full!” What the heck!? We could see the empty seats....More

Paseo del Prado
The area around the elegant Paseo del Prado boulevard
is much-visited by both locals and tourists. The
world-famous Prado, the Reina Sofia, and the
Thyssen-Bornemisza museums form a triangle of art and
culture that spans this grand and beautiful avenue. On
weekdays, the Prado Museum opens its doors for free
after-work hours, drawing a diverse and excited queue
of art lovers that wraps around the block. Palacio de

No unfortunately not, but I wouldn’t waste your money. It’s very easy to walk around Madrid and Metro and buses are cheap and very frequent unlike the hop on hop bus. Hope you enjoy Madrid
