The diner and the show are on the same room come earlier to be able to take your time to eat and to finish with not rush your diner before the show start when the show start they put the light done and it is more difficult... More

I believe consumición referes to alcohol. So cena is dinner and consumición would be the drinks you have. You can order just a cheese platter with drinks. Cheeses are pared with jams, a lovely thing to have with a good rioja
