I visited the zoo on Feb 14th with a young child in tow. I must say that the zoo was very good and had loads of animals. (Yes zoo's aren't the place for the creatures) but it was fantastic to see such majestic animals up close. My 2 year old was fascinated by all the animals that appear on the... More

I bought my tickets online and was glad I did as I think they are discounted if bought a few days early, so I highly recommend ordering online if you know you want to visit the zoo! About 10 minutes walk from Casa De Campo metro stop, nice stroll, luckily the weather was good on the day we went. Not... More

A really huge Zoo! It`s one of the few zoos where you can see pandas, also koalas and anteaters. Peacocks walk alongside with people on the roads! Lovely place 

We are glad to enjoy your visit and you had known our panda cub Chulina and her family. We also have other unique species that are worth knowing as the takines, the giant otters of the Amazon or the Iberian lynx. We hope to visit us in the next trip. More

One of the best zoos in the world by far. We saw giant pandas with babies, giraffes, lions, rhinoceros, wildebeest, flamingoes, zebras, sharks, dolphins, penguins, baboons, anteaters, deer, peacocks, meerkats and parrots, to name but half! The best thing was that most of animals were almost touchable in a natural open air habitat rather than behind glass or fenced off... More

Dear visitor, We really appreciate your opinion about the park. For online purchase tickets, we recommend downloading our Parques Reunidos app and syncing the tickets without printing. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your visit. More

We had a fantastic day here. So many animals and so much to see - would return. Very well kept and their enclosures are nicely kept. Would be nicer if they were bigger especially for the bears and big cats, but that's zoos I guess.

My girlfriend adores pandas, so when we heard there was a baby panda we had to come. The zoo overall is humongous! There is a wide selection of animals, and they are well looked after by the staff. You could easily spend a whole day just wandering around and looking at the animals. The pandas were the highlight and easy... More

Great zoo, quiet and beautiful as we visited Monday morning. Pay online for the tickets, it is cheaper than to buy there. Bring your own food - everything was closed, so lucky that we had with us something to eat. Water you can find in the park Go and see all the animals shows - all are great and it... More

We regret the inconvenient about restaurants and we are glad that you have enjoyed your visit. Throughout the park, there are different restaurants but please we recommend to check timetables to access the park. The Hamburgers Virunga or sandwiches bar besides the main cafeteria and restaurant Bagaray usually open every day and the rest of kiosks are subject to the... More

We came here when we were travelling from England! We really struggled getting around the country because of the language barrier so going to the zoo was perfect for us! We really enjoyed seeing all the animals and enjoyed the whole day! Thank you for a lot of fun. Also make sure you buy peanuts when your there as you... More

Dear traveler, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. All animals of the Zoo, have a balanced diet and exclusive control by species that caregivers. Therefore, any other type of food is not allowed. This rule is essential and so is made known to the visitor during the tour. We regret the communication breakdown that you tell us. Kind... More

We spend around 4 hours here, but we didn't see all. This zoo is huge. Animals are well taken care. There are shows with animals through the day. Entrance is pretty expensive (22 euros/adult), but is well worth it. You get a map of the zoo, with the location of all animals. Bring your own food and water, they are... More
