Beautiful Cathedral - with a very good bookshop to buy books, gifts and souvenirs after walking the Camino de Santiago.

Located a short distance from the Cathedral is this small shop with a variety of books, art work (limited) and religious items associated with Christianity. Very nice and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and you know that you are getting the "real items." No magnets, clothing, or other souvenirs which are nearby.

This was a nice little shop but limited choices, emphasis on limited. Not cheap junk but with paralleling but not outrageous prices. But it is set in an atmosphere that enhances the visit!

I went to the Cathedral one month ago, and after buying some gifts I wanted to return back inside the church. Not knowing the place, because it was my first time there I went to the door that was closer. The boy who works in the shop came to me and said rudely: " Do not enter there, the entrance is on the other side". I am a Guide, working as a Tour Leader and I had a group of people with me that were buying stuff inside. Not much later my group informed me a lady was missing and and the last time she was seen was in the shop. I went there again, and while searching for the lady I moved in the direction of the door that leads inside the church. That rude boy came to me again and with very bad manners screamed:" Again?! Didn't I told you not to go there??" I was shocked! I've been traveling all over the world and never saw such behavior in people who should offer a good customer service and not a bad experience. I will not return there again and I make sure I tell this story everywhere.

This shop has some very nice gifts including replica art and crafts plus a nice selection of books in several languages (including English) on the cathedral.

This small shop had a wide variety of merchandise of good variety and quality. A nice place to get a nice momento that you might actually WANT to have where people can see it.

Unexpected variety of souvenirs. I saw only one T shirt, in three colors. Assorted relic replicas, tote bags, books and jewelry. Very reasonable prices.

This shop is a step above the other shops around the Cathedral selling momentos of Santiago and the Camino, maybe a little overpriced but of better quality.

Visit the library by the Catedral ! Lots to see ! You can actually purchase replicas of items found in the cathedral.
