We came here as part of a city tour. It was a fairly steep climb from the car park to the canons on top of the hill. They were interesting to see but not enough to make it with a long visit here. Our short trip was fine.

A former militar base, now transformed in a public park with an excellent restaurant bar with magnificent views from all the bay of A Coruña. There ara a pair of large militar cannons from the second world war time, very interesting

If you want a view of the city, the Tower of Hercules included, this is the place to go. From there you can see everything in a tranquil atmosphere, in a park with the greenest lawn, which will invite you to sit and stay longer. If possible, go in the afternoon so you can see the sunset. The light there... More

Take the small panoramic elevator to the park and have lunch in the restaurant of the park with the whole view of the town. If you can't make the reservation, just enjoy the view with a small picnic on your own or with a good company. Wait for a good weather to enjoy the park the way you should. The... More

This site is worth a visit, the views are amazing, both over the town of La Coruna and out to sea. The grounds are amazingly well kept, and the history of the site is interesting too.

Stunning views of the city and the bay, magnet for military buffs, and a great place to people watch. There are preserved coastal batteries intact with huge cannons, great descriptive signs, and spaced so there's no crowding. If you can tear yourself away from the other attractions this is the place to go.

Spectacular park built on an old marine military fortification. There are 2 large sea guns left. Spectacular views of Coruña including the tower of Hercules, the coast and the infinite blue, a place to enjoy on all days good weather both day and night.
