El Milagro is an easy train ride outside of Barcelona. A great beach where you can claim your own little piece of sand. Check out our YouTube video of our trip for more sights: GoPro 2K: Running Around Spain and France HD.

We took a bus from Salou into Taragona and had a lovely walk down to the beach, lovely small beach, very clean and was quite quiet the day we were there!
