We lingered along the edges of this beach, not quite ready to sit in the sun. But lots of lovely people around enjoying sun and surf and sand. Close to the center of town, picturesque.

This 35-meter-wide beach has a very central location directly below the striking church.

The beach is popular with young people, families, athletes, and friends playing volleyball and paddle tennis.

There are no chairs or umbrellas available but you can find showers and a beach bar.

So much has changed since Covid. We have been coming to Sitges since 2003, and we have always loved it. It’s a great little town, lovely beaches and a few nice restaurants. However, this years trip despite being very relaxing was also disappointing. Sling the beaches, against the wall there used to be a solid structure for much bigger canopies. These have all been removed but not removed properly. There are huge chucks of thinner embedded in the sand which I admire here there to anchor the canopies. The canopies are gone but the pointless timber has not been removed. The beaches were also littered with cigarette buts and stones. A tractor used to come each day and drag the sand to filter out the rubbish but not any more. The beaches are still lovely but neglected in places now which is a shame.

Clean promenade and beach that epitomizes the town of Surges. Scenic, with good restaurants, shops and bars nearby.

The fragata is just below the Church. It’s a goos beach but you must bring your own umbrellas and chairs as there are none for rent. It’s one of the wider beaches in Sitges. A lot of student groups go there for water sports lessons too.

A popular beach near the old town of Sitges; often the beach is crowded, but very nice beach with a great view to the sea and old town.

One of many of the beaches in Sitges. This one is near the old church and is therefore popular. However it is still clean and there is room for sun bathing or for the youngsters to play ball games. Recommended.

This is one of the beaches in Sitges and probably not the best one and not as many tourist activities. It is on the right as you approach the ocean. It was OK but not special.
