We have visited this museum with our 3-years and 5-years old girls. They were over the moon with all the things they could touch, move and see. My older one still remember the shadow theatre and the first big cameras :D.

This museum is certainly worth as visit. It gives a nice overview of the history of the cinema from its earliest beginnings. We parents enjoyed it and also our 4 year old son and older daughter. Recommended.

I was surprised by the amount of things you can admire in this museum. I saw many interesting cameras, photo and video, from the beginning of cinematography. It's a must see in Girona.

Didn't expect much having lived in LA for several months, but it was a great museum. Really shows the history of movies from the beginning to present time really worth the effort to go.

this museum is in the "new" part of Girona so is easy to miss if you're spending all your time in historic section. But it is a very educational museum for the film/photography buff. Lots of old equipment on display. Basically the history of filmmaking...More
