The views are marvellous, the stadia still impresses but the tower is still outstanding and worth a visit in its own right.

This was quite a useful landmark to navigate by and we went to see it on the final day. It is an interesting shape and must have been designed to be very well balanced as it sits on a very small area.

An amazing communication tower,designed by Calatrava.Placed on Montjuic hill,close to Olympic Stadium.Totally unusual architecture.Definitely worth a visit.

Definitely a highlight of Barcelona. It is stunning, unique and amazing. I very strongly recommend making sure you see this while in Barcelona. I've seen sculpture all over the world - and this stands out in many ways as one of the best.

The Montjuic Communication Tower is an elegant and magnificent sculpture, designed by the famous architect Santiago Calatrava for the 1992 Olympic Games. It is 136 meters high and represents an athlete holding the Olympic flame.
