I went on a bike tour alone, our guide was Franco and he was great, very friendly. This tour is excellent way to look around a fairly good part of Barcelona and I recommend it to everyone!

I guess you can check the website of any free tour company or their Facebook page. I'm not working for them) Anyway, I think free tours happen regularly.
