We had a couple massage and it was great experience over all. We made reservation over WhatsApp and when we arrived check in process went very smoothly. We got sleepers to change and after a minute of wait we got invited in our room. It was nicely decorated room with shower and two beds. Massage was amazing, and after we got a drink and a cookie.
Definitely would recommend to people.

First of all you feel relaxed just by walking in, very harmonized with a beautiful indoor water fountain. The front desk ladies very friendly and welcoming. We had the couples package and it was great experience, everything so clean, the masseuse were very profesional.
I highly recommend this spa after a long stroll through Barcelona.

Went there with my girlfriend and I would recommend to AVOID this spa.
The place itself is actually fine-looking, clean, and the personal is very welcoming. However, the massage itself is actually the worst one we both received in our lives.
First, although their websites states that therapists are Thai, they are clearly not, you won't see any Thai person there, or remotely Asian.
Anyway that's not the point, a massage is a massage, and these girls clearly have no idea what they are doing. Their techniques are actually hurtful, abrupt and hasty; got out of there feeling way worst.
On top of that, they are not listening. We specified before start that my girlfriend had a knee/leg surgery and couldn't be touched there, but the therapist went massaging there on top of a huge, impossible to miss scar, hurting her. Same with me and a new tattoo I asked not to be oiled or touched, well, it has been several times. We also asked them repeatedly to go slower, softer, without any effect.
Finally, during 10 to 15 min when my masseuse was working with one hand on my neck and head, I actually believe she was checking her phone, or feeling asleep I don't know. She was sometimes barely moving, or even just having her hand on my head doing nothing for some seconds several times, it was just weird...
From the moment it started, both of us just couldn't wait for it to be done.
Just hire proper, experienced therapists or close the place.

We are suprise for your explanation, your comment that our therapist is not a Thai person, and all of them is Thai with resident in thailand passport, they worked in Tailand before, with a professional degrees in therapeutic Thai Massage for a long time ago.
And about the massage Head back and shoulder, we have warned you that the intensity is strong, especially it depends on the contracture you have, if your back is full of contracture it will hurt when they need to pressure him to relax your full body, and for the last, all of our therapist can't bring the mobile phone when It's time to do the massage.

This was the first time I had tried Bangkok Spa. I was very pleasantly surprised. My massage therapist was fantastic and very professional. I had back pains which she paid special attention to during this hour long intense massage. The staff were friendly and helpful during my visit and I will definitely be visiting again. The establishment is clean and stylish with a very welcoming relaxed ambience. I highly recommend this spa and can definitely say that I received one of my best massages ever in Bangkok Spa , Barcelona.

Let me start by saying that I have never been treated like this in my life. I have worked in the spa industry and this is the exact opposite of what it should be. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff, no knowledge of muscles or therapy whatsoever, combined with an extremely cynical and rude owner who will take your money and if anything goes wrong, he is nowhere to be seen and replies in a terrible attitude over the phone. They hurt me badly. If you want to get injured and waste your money, please by all means go there.

We find very inappropiated that you made such a comment when you actually never visited our spa. Our therapists have more than 10 years of experience and our place has been opened 11 years ago. We always try to make our costumers feel like home and we always make sure they are happy and satisfied, and if there was any problem, we always try to find a solution.
Next time we’d thank you if you call or text better than write stuff that’s not true.

Amazing experience! Everything was so good! I loved the massage they gave me! Very professional and I felt so good after it. The place was beautiful and the fact that they give some fruit snacks after was So nice. Good client attention! And I was very pleased!

Well worth your time. Located about a block from Sagrada Família. Even if you are not staying near, make the trip if you’re looking for a spa. Wife and I went while on vacation and went back the very next day. Amazing staff, clean, fair price, and legit Thai massage.

For some reason, where I live currently it is difficult to find a masseuse that is able to do deep pressure work. Well, the Thai massage that I had was most definitely deep pressure and then some, so no worries if you're looking for a therapeutic massage and not a relaxation massage.
The spa atmosphere was lovely and clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend this place!

Good morning, we inform you that we just have Jacuzzi or Sauna to enjoy in private as maximum 2 people in the same time for that we can not offer your request.
We can offer just massage, can choose between 60 or 90 minutes. For 12 people we offer 10% discount for massage 60 minutes and 15%discount for massage 90 minutes.
It would be to do the massage 6 people in the same time, doing 2 shifts.

Si, cualquier masaje o combinado se puede realizar en pareja, és decir, la misma sala para los dos, aunque no disponemos del servicio de Jacuzzi o Sauna fuera de los combinados y no ofrecemos ahora mismo cava o champang.

Yes, we do. You can choose any massage, treatment or "pack" and do it in a room for two so you can enjoy it together.
Some of the packages includes jacuzzi, sauna, body peeling... "Bangkok Lovers" for example, is specially dedicated to couples but you can choose any of them.
