Spectacular. I don't give it a six because I'm only allowed to go up to five. It has few guided tours, but the audio guide is entertaining, instructive and allows you to know every last detail. Admission costs 9 euros and allows you to see both the exterior garden and the interior of the house./Spectacular. I don't have a sis because you just have to get to zinc. After visiting the guides, the audio guide is entertaining, instructive and allows you to find out the latest details. The entrance fee is 9 euros and allows you to view both the exterior garden and the interior of the house. Special prices for your library card.

You have to do this with a guide which in a way was great. We had to wait until the tour started and it was only the two of us. Tours in English have certain times so you have to turn up for them.
The guide was great, his English was excellent and we learnt so many things we wouldn't have otherwise. Like that the top of the tower has 4 dragon faces, each side has one and some are not finished. We took a bus from La Ramblas and it was an easy way to get here with a short walk.

You should get there by taking a long walk or by taxi, or on a bus that arrives right at the same place. This palace, which is located in a strategic location in the city of Barcelona, is very good architecturally. On the visit you will see the entrance hall, one room, I think another has been added recently, the attic and the roof terrace, of course, you will be able to tour the outdoors for as long as you want. It is very good and worth it if you are going to spend more than three days in Barcelona.

Modernist and neo-Gothic house located in the old town of Sant Gervasi de Cassolas, now part of the city of Barcelona and on the slopes of Collserola. Actually called Casa Figueras. Designed by Antoni Gaudi, it was built between 1900 and 1909 but was definitively finished in 1916. On its grounds there was the Castle of Martin I, the last King of Aragon, belonging to the House of Barcelona. There are remains of walls and towers built by Gaudi. It is a House classified as a cultural asset since July 24, 1969.
Today, its property belongs to Catalana Oeste.
One-hour self-guided visits that give you time to see the exterior with its tiled benches and the interior of the House accompanied by staff. For me the exterior is very interesting and especially up on its roof for the views of Barcelona. But for me the Palau Guell, Casa Vicens and this one personally are impressive compared to the Bellasguard tower. 9 Euros Club Vanguard discount entry at the non one line box office. Agreed hours and limited places.

Bellesguard, or Figueres House, is a mansion built (1900-1909) by the architect Antoni Gaudí. Unusual and interesting in architecture. You buy a ticket and a time is set for the start of the excursion. Tour of all rooms and access to the roof. There are audio guides in different languages (!).

I loved it. Gaudí's last visitable building in Barcelona. I decided to go by taxi because the combinations depending on where you stay are quite bad and honestly the €20 is the best value for money. I came back by bus and metro because I wasn't in such a hurry anymore.

The guided English tour was excellent. There were just two of us so we essentially had a private tour. Our guide provided so much detail as to the history of the site and he answered all our questions very well. This house is not as well known as other Gaudi sites so it was very quiet when we first arrived in the morning. It got a little busier by the time we left but not crowded. This was a really interesting site (one of my favorites). We took a taxi to the house since we were running late but walked to the metro and took the metro back afterwards. Not a long walk at all. Highly recommend.

A stunning Gaudi hidden gem. We were beyond lucky to come here with our family and celebrate a special day. The staff is so passionate and knowledgeable and the location is just beautiful. If you love Gaudi and Barcelona history, you simply must go!!

I was alone on the Tues morning English tour; arrived early to see viaduct and grounds. Start taking photos because as soon as the light hits the slate on the walls, the colors change. Go early to try and catch the morning rays on the madonna in the water shed/chapel. My guide answered all of my questions. She really feels the spirit and history of the place. The symbolism abounds at this "castle", which is in many ways a different Gaudí. It demonstrates his attachment to Catalan history.
In the boutique try the 3D glasses to view the photographs. Panoramic views from rooftop; look for the dragon in the architecture.
Getting to Bellesguard can be tricky if you do not have correct address: Carrer de Bellesguard 16-20. Google maps and TimeOut currently use incorrect addresses and website URL. Correct URL: http://www.bellesguardgaudi.com/
Getting there: Travel on L7 from Plaça de Catalunya takes less than 10 minutes to the last stop Tibidabo. An alternative to the train is bus 17 from downtown.
Once at Pl. John F. Kennedy, head straight out, to the right and up the hill for bus 196 in the direction of Tibidabo. Stay on the bus until the Ronda de Dalt Bellesguard stop (Universitat Abat Oliba CEU/Campus Bellesguard). Bellesguard Gaudí is behind the university.
