This venue was recommended by our hotel concierge. It is a dinner theater in design, although the meal is not a required purchase. The show takes place on a formal stage above the dining area. I would recommend paying extra for seating in the VIP area, which is forward (stage) facing and raised high enough to offer a good view... More

Having seen some spectacular Flamenco in Granada and Seville, we found this to be a very watered-down version. In Granada the fire and passion were positively electrifying, and Seville was almost as good. Here it started off a bit like some sort of cabaret, and people all around were eating, drinking and chatting. We chose not to have dinner, by... More

I would like to start by saying that the Flamenco performance was spectacular! Great dancers and great music... my complaints have to do with the following: We attended the 8:00 PM Thurs. show w/ paella dinner. We arrived at 7:55 and were directed to a waiting area packed with 100 noisy school kids (approx. 13-15 y.o.) who were barely supervised.... More

Great welcome at reception, was shown an interesting video about the history of Flamenco and some of the famous artists. Was given some choreography lessons by two dancers. Taken through to the main hall where we were seated. A glass of sangria was supplied followed by seafood paella (which was very good) and profiteroles for desert. Dancers were truly awesome.... I'm sure the flamenco shows are great but not sure this group provide the best experience one can have in a kind of show. Just one performer (and the last one) provided an excellent heartbeat raising show.

We happened upon this hole in the wall after visiting the Picasso Museum and got same evening seating. Wonderful entertainment with classic Flamenco dancers and live accompanying by a trio band. Our children were the only kids there however they were as mesmerized by the show as we were. The 90-minute show flew by and when it finished we wished... More

Hey fellow travelers, my friends and I did an extensive research to figure out which flamenco show to go to during our 3-day visit to Barcelona (all the way from the US). Through trip advisor reviews and photos, we picked this spot. Nothing like we expected - setting looked like you're at some laser tag place, sound quality was terrible,... More

Booked tickets two hours before the show. Tickets included a drink of your choice. Not many people where there. It started with 10 min movie about history of flamenco, the two ladies instructed us about details of the show (instruments, singing, dancing, clapping). Then the show. Loud but engaging. Great dancing. Good singing. We liked it

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
