Phenomenal shopping, gorgeous architecture. We ended up in L'Eixample before a tour and we ended up going back later in the day to shop. The district has everything from & Other Stories and Sephora, to Louis Vuitton and Hermes.

If you like the hustle and bustle of the big city and also seek the small streets, small cafes and shops - then go to this part of Barcelona - you'll love it

Stayed in this area for a week - able to get most places by foot. Plenty of hotels and restaurants to help visitors, snack bars and cafes too.

Upmarket and pricey but well worth walking around. We did the Rick Steve's walk from his pocket guide and found a few gems. More to see in other districts though if you are short on time.

atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district,
Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end
international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the
glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best

I used AirBnB and there are many good locations around the area. The one I stayed at was practically a hotel.
