We saw a lot of people in groups on the grass. One was an open air gymnastics class. Perhaps speak to the Town Hall or Mayors office. Failing that the police?

Toilets are free and located throughout the park near the food outlets.

No there is no pool here. It's more of a botanical garden with trees, lawns etc.
