Took my grand daughter to check out Gaudi's house in the park. it was much easier to get into without booking although the hike up the hill made me glad it was October. Thee house was a real insight into Gaudi's designs and his lifestyle. It was only 1 of 3 houses built in the park so the rest of... More

The house in which Gaudi lived for 20 years is within the Park Guell. It is worth the additional EUR 5 to go in - especially if, as was the case with us, we could not get into the Zona Monumental of the Park because the limit of people had been reached. The house presents an excellent insight into his... More

This guy must have able to visualize layers of engineering drawings in his brain while also being able to see it all come together in 3 dimensions. There's no other explanation for it. You will be in awe in every single room.

If you are going to Parc Guell, it is worth paying the €5 to visit the Gaudi house. He lived here for 20 years and the information at the house give a good insight into his life. The house is pretty simple and there is not a huge amount to see but it is still worth a visit if you... More

Before we left Park Guell, we walked over to the Gaudi House Museum. This requires a separate admission from the Monumental Zone of the park, but it did not seem to require advance reservations (I don't even know if one can buy tickets in advance). We waited in line for 2 minutes. This house is now owned by the Construction... More

Having seen the Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell, we thought we might be 'Gaudied-out'. However, this museum helped us understand what an amazingly devout, humble and hardworking man he was. He cared for family and friends, yet shunned wealth and fame. Not too much to see in here, but it really fleshed out his character for us and rounded off... More

Better to go out of summer time as the question can get long to go in and the temperature gets hot!!!!! Gives a history and explanation to the parc and how he was so ahead of his time!

Small group tour. Good explanation from Guide Ellie. Needed tickets for some of the places, but seeing outside and hearing history and stories was adequate.
