I’m not sure what people were complaining about, I thought this zoo was perfectly fine. Most zoos kinda close some things down during the school year, so no, there’s not a lot of kiosks Open. Took our toddler here and she loved it. Better variety...More

We visited recently during a trip to Barcelona. This zoo really has me torn. Some of the animals looked incredibly unhappy and bored, and this made me feel quite uncomfortable. The poor rhino was lying in a mud puddle, but didn’t have any water, or...More

I visited here with my wife, having visited several zoos in different locations over the past few years. I have to say that this is the worst one which we've visited. The enclosures don't look big enough, none of the food/drink/ice cream stalls were open...More

Very nice to have a zoo in the middle of the park. After a walk, we had a quick lunch in the park and then we were ready to go explore more kids friendly entertainments. The zoo was lovely and children were very happy. I...More

Arrived at the zoo just after opening hoping to have a coffee/snack for breakfast, but none of the eateries opened until almost 11.00am and the choice was very limited. The Gorillas were mesmerising and most of the other monkeys entertaining. The weather was sunny but...More

Having visited may zoos in major cities, they can be small. That said, the Barcelona Zoo was far larger than I and my 14 year old expected. They diversity of animals was a surprise, as well. We arrived early on a Sunday morning which gave...More

We visited this zoo on 8/Sep/2018. Thought would be big and amazing but ended up with mixed feelings. There were some special monkeys, Girrafe and well nothing much special. And yes there is small children play area. Go there if you have spare time otherwise...More

Me and my boyfriend visited last week and we visit many zoos in England and can never fault them but the way the animals were kept in compact enclosures and not really looking very active was very sad. The enclosures looked unclean and not looked...More

Very nice zoo. Great day out. I felt it was very expensive. 21euro each. It would cost a lot for a family to visit that's for sure. lovely walk from the arc de triumf

Visited for half a day, entry was a reasonable price. Enclosures seemed somewhat small for some animals and had a lack of privacy for others. Zoo itself was fairly small but had a good range of animals, lots of primates especially with good enclosures. Slightly...More

Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica
The sounds of Marina Olympica's rocking boats and
clicking mastheads swaying to and fro set an
impressive backdrop for Ciutadella and Villa Olimpica.
Follow the aromas of garlic, wine, and fresh local
fish to the various restaurants running along the
marina. A grand bronze fish statue soaring high above
serves as a beacon to those searching for the renowned
Casino Barcelona or the extremely popular nightclubs
