Two wine producers and a cava producer. Very interesting tour and was quite affordable (US$57 each via Viator) but when you consider it is an all day trip, two of the three are inaccessible to public transportation and a bit tricky to find and that all tasting and snacks are included, it is a great deal. Plus you won't get... More

We started at Cordiniu with its 18 miles of underground caverns and new robots handling wine bottles down to one of the smallest wineries that is run by a truly remarkable woman and family. Close to Barcelona, but towards Montserrat.

What an AMAZING experience. If you want out of the city to see where and what the locals do --- GO ON THIS TOUR! Ricardo was simply an amazing walking history of the entire area. He truly took care of us and was the best tour guide I have EVER experienced. Lovely man, always smiling, laughing, full of stories. The... More

This is slated as an eight hour wine and cava tour visiting three wineries. It is approximately and hour bus ride to the first winery. The scenery was beautiful during the drive. The bus was equipped with televisions which we were shown, basically promotional information videos about each winery before our arrival. The first stop was a small winery. We... More

This was a lovely trip. We could see the carefully tended vines en route to the winery. Greeted by Pep watched a video in a cosy little theatre, outlining the family's history of wine and cava making. All the presses explained charmingly. A mad drive down in the caves where the wine is stacked. A child would love it, we... More

We booked this tour last minute because some previous plans fell through. It is definitely a tour made for tourists. If you are looking for an intimate experience this tour is not for you. The tour guides at the vineyards felt a bit scripted and sometimes had difficulty understanding and questions that were asked outside of the flow of the... More

Wine production now is a part of Europe cultural tradition. It was in the beginning of civilisation and it is still live as a centuries ago. We started in the morning, going to some winery (now it is a part of Torres wineries) and we had a pleasant breakfast. Grape, cheese and wine. We had about 15 minutes to taste... More

Having done the Freixenet tour before under our own steam I wasn't entirely sure how much more we could get from doing this trip but having done it, it was a great experience. Starting at 8:30am we headed to the Penedes wine region and straight to Jean Leon Winery. A very interesting history behind the story of the winery and... More

Pick up is early (be there by 8:15) So breakfast early, but no access to food at all till 3pm. As a diabetic, this could have been a total disaster. I had emergency pack with me so... More
