Tibidabo is an amazing place, the cathedral is beautiful, the theme park, while closed in the off-season, looks historic and beautiful in its own right. There are amazing views of the Barcelona from every angle. You can pay a few euro to go to the top of the Cathedral (which we did) but it really didn't seem necessary as the... More

Cathedral is impressive, you can leave a padlock on rails up there, just like on the Lovers Bridge in Paris.TThere is a theme park up here too.

We loved Tibidabo! What a wonderful way to see all of Barcelona and beyond (great views) and perfect for families with young children. We went between school holidays in December so it was cool (sure to be very hot in summer) and not crowded at all. Lots of classic, original attractions to see and experience and new things as well.... More

what a fascinating place, where the merchants used to go in 30s and 40s with their children for the fresh air

I visited this place with my friend July 2016. It is a definite "to go" place - it is so peaceful! For those who don't know, you can leave a padlock on rails up there, just like on the Lovers Bridge in Paris.

Incredible stonework and grand architecture- iconic figures and statues reminiscent of Games of thrones. Misty day but we could still see incredible vistas over Barcelona and down to the coast- worth a trip - we caught a taxi up and vehicular down- go to the top of the tower for amazing views.
