I booked this transfer on line so was a little apprehensive as what to expect.
I shouldn't have been worried, the private car was waiting for us at the airport. The car was like clean and almost like a new one, the driver took us to our hotel and unloaded all our luggage , making sure were ok.
The following day we were picked up at the hotel, bang on time, took our luggage from inside the hotel and loaded into the boot then taking us to the cruise terminal, again giving all our luggage to the porters. I would recommend this company to any one.

After traveling from California, via London, to Barcelona I was exhausted. Just as promised, my driver was waiting with a sign with my name, carried my bags to the car that was parked close by and I was checking into my hotel downtown in under 30 minutes. I did not think ahead to arrange my return transfer so I took a taxi and the fare was 10 euros more than the private arrival transfer. I would highly recommend this service for anyone arriving in Barcelona by air, especially since Uber is not an option here because of a legal dispute with the taxi driver's union

Driver was on time and waiting for us helped with all the luggage had a large S UV Mercedes just for us to and took us directly to the hotel there was a Sunday so very little traffic driver was very courteous and knowledgeable

We were 4 women with luggage who had to go from the pier in Barcelona to the airport. The driver was on time to pick us up at Barcelona pier. Sign with our names was obvious. Easy drive to the airport

Didn’t speak English as advertised so the language barrier made it difficult. He also had a bad smell, took us to the wrong hotel, and left. Luckily the correct hotel was in walking distance. Hopefully the trip back to the airport is better.

I paid in advance and received a confirmation number and email stating what time they would pick us up and take is to the airport. NO ON EVER SHOWED UP!!! My daughter and I were left at close to 3am in a strange city with no way back to the airport.
We tried calling the number provided on the reservation, to no avail. Fortunately the hotel was able to call a taxi for us, and help up get to the airport. In essence I paid for this service twice and I was a full refund!!

Driver was waiting for us with our name upon arrival - nice touch! He got us out of the airport to our hotel in a fast and safe manner. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Very happy with the service received during our round trip to Barcelona and back. Driver was very cordial and punctual on both days. The van was big enough for all our luggages. I'll definitely recommend this service.
