It was just a building to be. The architecture is marvelous. There is no fee to see and you can just take pictures outside. The crowd does get large at times.

I spent at least 4 hours looking around the historical structure. There was so much to see and learn. The rooftop boasts of monumental structures and must be seen to be believed. A must see!

While you need to book ahead this is a must see in Barcelona!! Love the architecture and absolutely an icon in the city. Close and accessible and a great deal with the Barcelona hop on hop off bus tour.

We tried to drive by all of the Gaudi designed structures. They are all amazing including this one. It's an easy drive-by, but I wish we would have gotten out of the car.

Be sure to get a hand-held audio guide. This place is beyond amazing. The rooftop, in particular, is out of this world, along with the attic. Plan to several hours here. There is a lot to see.
