As I come from one of the offshore international financial centres, the components of the audio tour and the exhibits that covered the history of the emergence and progressive development of money was particularly interesting. My wife and I were visiting Segovia on a day...More

We took a stroll from the old city center down the road towards the Real casa de moneda, founded by Philips II during his reign. The museum not only tells the story about the process of coin operations, but also on the history of the...More

This museum is the result of a full renovation of the old mint. Lots of information with some original and some recreated artefacts. Admission is free on Wednesday. There is a audio visual information area on site about the Aqueduct which was quite interesting.

A beautifully restored gem of industrial history. Great exhibition with good videos and audio guide. Wish I had allowed more time - you need 1 1/2 at least. Aqueduct interpretation centre is included and is excellent.
