It is an interesting place. As you walk through the corridors and up the stairs it is obvious that it's a real house. It's lived in and not stuffed with antiques that are someone else's idea. Antonio Machado lived there and wrote poetry there just...More

I discovered this poet and prof of French at the turn of the XX c. The home is not open everyday check before you go . Not s must in your Segovian visit

I really enjoyed my visit. They provide a devise in your language that you key in for information as you move along at your own pace. Nice piece of local history whether you like poetry or not.
