Great beach

Very clean beach, very good toilets & changing facilities. Bit stony at the waters edge so swim shoes recommended

Beautiful black sand beach, very clean. Shops along the beach to get drinks/ice cream. Charge for sun loungers (approx €3 if I remember correctly)

Packed but we loved it...must visit. Cafe and bar at edge of beach and so cheap. Perfect for a cocktail but watch u don't burn you feet on the sand!

We went to swim but the waves were a bit too much on that day. Still, it was beautiful to watch. There were lots of people but it wasn't too crowded. There was a shower and locker rooms in the back. Also you should walk to see the view from the breakwater.

Near to the Loro Parque. Very nice town beach with the black sand. View to Mount Teide is stunning from this place. We have enjoyed sunset view from this beach. It is absolutely amazing experience.

A lovely promenade walk alongside the beach where you can see garden areas and Mount Teide overlooking everything. Cafes available along the way.

Easy to access with amble free parking close by (main lot 5 min walk from beach). Sea is nice, not too rough, lots of families, amenities and beach restaurant for snacks etc. Would recommend!

We spent three days on this beach, there is a life guard on the beach at all times, very clean ,the waves were huge ,and the beach was closed for three days due to large surf ,well worth going to this beach.

Been to better beaches. Pathways down to the beach were a bit worn, the beach itself was quite rocky and not the cleanest.

Might not be a beach as one would expect, as sand is black. Very clean however and very popular with sunbathers. Beautiful setting, kids enjoyed building rock statues, and helpfully there are free toilets and foot washing facilities and a cafe. As with most of this part of this coastline, the sea is rough and not suitable for kids swimming,... More
