Fine Baroque!

Beautiful Cathedral in the middle of La Laguna at Plaza Catedral. Highlights include some impressive paintings and a splendid Carrara marble pulpit.

Interesting building set in the middle of this fascinating city. Although not as old as some of the other buildings, it's mixture of styles means there are lots of things to notice & enjoy.

Beautiful cathedral situated in the centre of the town. The inside is incredible with many different forms of religious art. Entrance is not permited when a mass is in progress.

Built in the 18th century in the Neogothic style. The facade is what you see throughout the Canaries and Azores, very ornate and filled with light inside. Worth a visit

Santa Iglesia Cathedral is a great cathedral on Tenerife in the oldest town of La Laguna. Feel the power of the the spirit and enjoy in the indoor of the church

After quite a few years rebuilding the ceiling which is beautiful from outside view, I have to say that this cathedral never was my cup of tea. Too big and few stunning figures inside that really make me say OMG. If you have the chance, go inside and have a look, why not.

This is a beautiful church to visit and entry is free. The altar is fabulous. The whole place had a calming influence.

Lovely interior, fab alters, cool and peaceful. Beautiful. We would have liked a bit more info in English but that's a small gripe.

The church unfortunately is closed and probably open only religious services. From the outside it looks interesting.

This was actually not one of the places covered during the guided tour of the historic area - one hour was not enough to see everything. However it was an additional place to see recommended by our guide, and luckily we had already found it! It is a quite magnificent building, as good as any of the religious structures that... More
