We called into Ajuy for a lunch stop during our day tour of the island during a gloriously sunny day last December. The actual village wasn't particularly nice, nor was the black sand beach, but the walk along the clifftop to the caves was enjoyable.

This place is a must if you are in Fuerteventura! Parking was free when we were there and there are small restaurants in the town nearby.
