Oasis Park Fuerteventura If you visit Fuerteventura and don't discover its Oasis you will miss out on a major part of its charm. Located on the south east coast of the island, Oasis Park Fuerteventura is a beautiful must-visit nature reserve. It is an 800,000m2 area sheltering and protecting its flora and fauna, home to over 3000 animals of 250 different species, containing a unique Botanic Garden with the largest cactus garden in Europe. The park has four LIVE spaces where you will be able to enjoy live educational sessions with parrots, sea lions, birds of prey and reptiles, with valuable information from their keepers. Entertainment guaranteed! Furthermore, you can have the unique experience of direct contact with lemurs in the Madagascar area, sea lions under the water and even a spectacular trip along the coast on a camel. These will be moments that you will never forget. Oasis Park Fuerteventura, in addition to being a place for entertainment and fun, is an entity dedicated to developing preservation, education and research projects for flora and fauna, such as those for the Cuvier's gazelle, the African elephant and the Canarian camel. Thanks to the work of the latter, it has the largest camel reserve in Europe, and research is currently being carried out on the health benefits that camel milk offers humans. Open every day of the year, it includes 3 restaurants, a children's play area and a farm with domestic animals. A free return bus service collects visitors from different points of the island.

This is a must visit for anyone visiting Fuerteventura. Expect to do a lot of walking as it occupies a vast area. The selection of animals is large and you can get up close to many of them. The space given to the animals is good and they seem quite happy in their environment. You will need to set time... More

Well named park, vast landscaped gardens with good plant & tree information. A great variety of animals and birds with four shows included in the entrance ticket. The bird of prey show was particularly good. They do a free pick up around the Island, however, plenty of parking available. Numerous eating establishments & toilet facilities. Well worth the entrance price.

A great day out. For us the greatest memory will be hand feeding the fabulous giraffes. An outstanding park with a great philosophy of animal husbandry and protection. The rescuing of unwanted and neglected pet primates is to be applauded. Well done Oasis.!

Great park to visit in solo, with friends or family. The price of the entrance, €33.00 per adult is good value for money. They have a few restaurants there that are fairly priced: for 2 mains with drinks, it cost us €22.00. And the food was great. If you go there from one of the hotels, the bus is free.... More

This is a great couple of hours out. The park is well kept and huge. There is an enormous variety of animals, all of whom seemed very happy in their environments/enclosures; again these were all well cared for and big enough for the larger animals. Highlights were giraffes, hippos, the botanical garden and the view points from the very top... More

Me and my partner visited for the day and was blown away. I love animals and the sun and this was fantastic. Lots to keep you excited and take your mind off all the walking you do on the day. Staff of all languages so no problems. I'm 22 and I thoroughly enjoyed this park, next time I'm bringing my... More

At a loose end? Then you should visit this place. I didn't think it would be very good and just have a few camels but I was wrong; very wrong! It is well laid out and you are able to add extra experiences like a Lemur Attraction (only €10 more - a bargain!). It has a Sea Lion experience; now... More

We spent the whole day here. They have a free bus that picks you up from around the Island. There was so much to see and do. Also there was experiences you could pay for extra to the admittance price such as camel rides, swimming with the sea lions etc. We did not manage to get all the way around... More

Loved this zoo so much that my sister and I went back to Fuerteventura on holidays just to go back to Oasis Park. Able to feed some animals and interact with them, the giraffes are amazing, very friendly to people and great photo opportunity when fed at the top of the enclosure where they can even be stroked. Also a... More
