Deceptive Whitewashed traditonal Spanish Fishing Village.
Step away from the main road of Restaurants/Cafes/Shops and go now one of the narrow alleys leading down to the harbour and you'll be surrounded by traditional white washed houses over looking the small quaint harbour.
I can imagine this place gets really busy in peak season when more restaurant are open. At the end of October your choices are limited but the old village is beautiful.

This is a modern but very attractive village. Probably the best on the island . The sea shore and attractive eateries make this a place to visit

First time in Menorca which has been on the list of places to go for ages - and very pleased to have finally visited!

The impression of the island is a smaller, less developed and more upmarket version of Mallorca. There seem to be more restrictions on planning, with buildings being low-rise and relatively few hotels.

Binibeca is a small town developed in the 1970s to emulate a traditional fishing village. It is well-kept with small houses and apartments all painted white and with a number of restaurants and a cafe-bakery as well as a small supermarket to keep holidaymakers well looked after.

Binibeca is a 30-minute drive from Mahon airport and is a really nice venue for a quiet break by the sea. There is a small beach and opportunities for water sports.

We visited Binibeca Vell late morning as reviews stated that it can get pretty busy as the day goes on. It is a beautiful, atmospheric place - a must see if you are on the south of the island

A must visit if you are on Menorca.
The old town is a hidden gem and very picturesque, some narrow streets and like a maze in parts but a definite must visit

Our tour guide decided we needed to stop off here on the way to Mahón. Not really sure why- residents supposedly don’t like tourists yet the restaurants & tourist gift shops obviously thrive on tour buses stopping by in the summer months
Plenty of other pretty towns to visit on the coast- nothing to see here

Such a quite place to visit but only a short stay needed unless you are having lunch.
Worth stopping off for on the way to some where.
