Tiny shingle beach but so picturesque. 2 excellent restaurants and rustic surroundings. Impossible to park.

Dont be tricked with photoshoped pictures which are cropped. There are much more enjoyable beaches in Mallorca with easier entrance to the water and comfortable place to lie on the beach. Oh, and you have to pay a parking fee next to the "beach". 👎

This place is worth visiting. We walked from Deià (about 2 km) and experienced exquisite sceneries. The beach was crowded and it isnt the place where you would like to spend whole day but you will remember it.

We had a lovely walk down from Deia to the cove. Very picturesque cove, not really a "beach" as such. Did not swim.

So, if you want to get to the Sea on the mountain side of the Island, this is one choice. We hiked down 30 minutes from the Village of Deia; nice, easy hike with a couple of fences to climb. The beach area itself has...More

Look, it's one of those different places to visit. Crazy road down, great fun, great lagoon to swim in and serviced by a ridiculously priced fish restaurant and a more normal restaurant. However its a great experience and day out. Most definitely worth a visit....More

I visited on a cool day in March and walked down on the well marked trail, café was in process of being refurbished and not open. A lovely spot when tourists had disappeared and would imagine its very busy in high season.

I wasn't particularly taken with Cala Deia, but I suppose we did go in full tourist season. The sea has quite an unpleasant smell of sulphur (why is that? I must look it up), and the 'beach' is very rocky and it's not easy to...More

Stayed 10 days here in a rented house. Really enjoyed the surroundings and the sea. The beach quite rocky - but the clean water in the bay compensates.

Packed. Next to zero parking. Beautiful cove ruined by careless people, beach obviously packed and dirty, used nappies left in rocks and even human faeces in some places. Its a victim of tourism. Visit off peak.
