I've been to cathedrals all over Europe and this one was the most surprising and possibly the most beautiful. Go on a sunny day when the stained glass windows cast amazing shadows over the interior. I went twice during my visit and saw things the second time that I had missed the first visit. Truly a marvel of architecture and... More

Don`t miss it out ! Worth buying the 7 Eur ticket and visit it inside. The colourful window mosaics are amazing, giving extra atmosphere with the reflection of the light on the walls and pillars. The highlight for me was Gaudi`s work.

Visited on a beautiful sunny day so an amazing blue sky enveloped this majestic building. Stunning building both outside an in. Was actually surprised how small it felt once inside as the outside looks massive. Lots of photo opportunities and would recommend sitting and having a coffee opposite where you can relax in the sun with a beautiful view across... More

If you want to see inside the Cathedral then don't go on a sunday. A more impressive looking building in such an open location you would be hard to find. It has clear views out to sea and the fountain and the elevated position makes this hard to miss. The royal family of spain still use the building next door... More

Even if there appear to be crowds waiting to go in, don't miss this spectacular jewel in Palma's crown! Once inside, the huge space is breathtaking and crowds seem to disappear. And if, when you leave Mallorca by plane and happen to be on the right side of the aircraft, the view of it is spectacular from the air too.

The single sea coast existing Cathedral is more than impressive. Appart of its dimensions, the architecture is beautiful. Inside is amazing, with superbe stained glass and art icons. Really a must see place.
