Wonderful to look at and admire, the Caixa is intricate in design and an excellent example of Mallorca's finest architecture

We did not enter this Gaudi styled building which is very near the Placa Major. However, you can get a good photograph from across the street.

seemingly under-visited exhibition venue, well laid out and varied exhibitions. Great staircase suggests the grandeur of times past... A good visit on a warm day, aircon throughout, enough to see to cool off, but not too overwhelming.

The Caixa Forum is now a wonderful centre for exhibitions and events and visitors can wander around many exhibits for free. The café at the grand entrance is also a perfect place to order a coffee and while away the time, people watching on Las...More

In center of Palma, a very animate district near Piazza Major, very nice construction in arabian-spanish style; nice museum, with a library; often interesting exhibitions.
