This is a lovely old town with everything that you could wish for. Churches, bars and restaurants. People watching. Locals and tourists. Everyone very friendly.

The best and typic place to eat pintxos. There are plenty of bar, I strongly recommend the Sirimir / Atari and la Cuchara de San Telmo.

We drove in to San Sebastián on a cloudy day. The traffic was horrendous, and what should have been a 1 hour journey turned into 3. Parking was very difficult to find and most of the carparks were full. Lots of traffic police with whistles...More
