Our All-INCLUSIVE Food & Wine (PINTXO/TAPAS) Tour, or our famous City Sightseeing/Cultural Tour given only in English by an ENGLISH SPEAKING EXPAT, who has lived here for many years and who has married into the Basque Culture. Please click on the link and visit our webpage so that you can see why ours are the best and most economical Tours in Donostia-San Sebastian and to make your reservation. As a visitor here for many years before my move, I know what information is useful, be it PINTXOS/Tapas, The City sights, how to Pintxo, Restaurants or outlying attractions. To do Pintxos right, you really need someone on the inside, someone that knows where to go on the particular day you are here and can help you get the most out of what is available. I will help you explore flavors, but nothing over the top, I am very traditional in my selection of local Pintxos and pair them with local wines. I do show you the most modern bars as well. My tours are designed to give my guests a great head start on this area, from the History and Traditions, to the PROPER way to eat PINTXOS (Tapas). I show you this city with an open point of view and make you feel like a visiting family member or friend, so that after the tour is over you feel more comfortable getting around the city and looking deeper into the areas that you are most interested in. I normally keep my groups small, so it almost feels like a private tour. If you would like a private tour please, contact us for pricing and availability. My tour is best done on the first morning that you are here.

This really is a "must do" tour for your first day in San Sebastian, especially if it's your first visit. When you arrive here, you are totally overwhelmed by the sheer number of bars and the hundreds of Pntxos laid out in front of you. You simply don't know where to start or how to go about ordering. Keith's excellent... More

Keith gave us an intro to himself and his family which linked to how he knows so much about the Basque Country. Great little tour and amazing food and drink. No need to worry about covering a huge area, the whole tour was short in distance but covered miles in food and drinks. Very knowledgeable about the local cuisine and... More

A brilliant way to spend a couple of hours if you are visiting the town to experience the food and drinks on offer. After we finished we went into more bars and felt really at ease having being told all the correct etiquette. Keith also taught us a few words in the lBasque language which scored us brownie points everywhere... More

Over a 2-hour period at lunchtime, our guide took us to about half a dozen pintxo restaurants in the Old Town section of San Sebastian. His English was good (being an expat American), and he was quite knowledgeable in selecting a variety of delicious things to try.

Keith was amazing. We booked him for our first day so that we could benefit from his knowledge and expertise. What a fun and informative few hours it was. Highly recommended. Do not miss out on this amazing experience

Enjoyed the tour with Keith very much. Tour of SAN Sebastián was very personalized as there was just four of us in the group. He explained the Basque Country very well and showed us how people live and live food in SAN Sebastián 😊 Highly recommend this tour to fully enjoy the place!

My wife and I took the combo-tour, and I think it was a very good choice (especially that it was our first time in the region). Keith (our guide) gave us and the other members of the group (which was a small one) a family feeling, and feeling as though the tour was guided by your brother (the good and... More

Had a great time with Keith. Both tours were fascinating, and he clearly knows his stuff. Had an older teen, so the pinxtos tour was appropriate; maybe not for a younger child.

We are so pleased we decided to take this tour. Keith was extremely knowledgeable and we learnt not only about the pinxos but also about the history and traditions of the Basque Country. The tour was very well paced and Keith chose a great variety of pinxos for us to enjoy, all matched with complimenting wine. I particularly liked the... More
