We booked a tour online very easy to do. Friendly reception team . You tour on your own first the museum which is large and provides descriptions in english spanish and basque . Some great exhibits . There are alot of interactive exhibits . Puzzles and penalty shoot outs. From there you go out to the stadium . To the press area the locker rooms you get to go out through the players tunnel sit on the bench,up to the stands and have a sneaky look in one of the corporate boxes. You can use you mobile for commentary . You finish in the fan shop , next door is a great bar with stunning views of the stadium . Great value and a wonderful stadium. Very well done.

Fantastic stadium. Its a self tour, just book online or go to the Stadium and purchase tickets on the day (about 12 euros). Learn about the history of the club, get full access to changing rooms, press conference area, pitchside, Subs bench/ dug-outs. Spent a few hours admiring the stadium. Highly recommneded

This tour was superb. We had an audio guide to listen to, and were left to find our way around the stadium, behind the scenes. The museum was really well done, there was so much more to investigate in the museum than we had time to do. Overall, we felt very welcome, and thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

Great tour - it is self guided so you can spend as much time as you like at certain spots. Great fun to see the pitch itself, the press box, dressing rooms and the presidential box. Would recommend even if you have never heard of Atlectico Bilbao!!

Lovely stadium with a nice modern design. Sports bar is brilliant and excellent place to eat and drink at affordable prices. Stadium is easily accessible with great public transport near by.

Loved it! Really enjoyable stadium tour. 3 kids loved it as well (only €5 each for them..) It's more than a stadium tour, you get a real sense of Basque pride and identity. Even if you don't like football I'd still recommend it.

Incredible stadium. Organisation to get in was a bit poor, but once inside it was fine. Not LOADS of food/drink options but that's resolved by people walking round selling the essentials too.

Amazing acoustics, one of the loudest stadiums in Europe.

The stadium is amazing. It looks really cool from the outside and it's really easy to get to by tram. The museum is pretty decent, with lots of cool exhibits, artefacts and information. The guided tour was great and was in English and Spanish (on our particular tour - can't say definitively if other languages were available). The tour takes you out to the pitch, along behind the goals, into the press areas, mixed zone, dressing rooms and the presidents box. You can also have a look into one of the other VIP boxes as well. The tour ends in the shop, which is fairly sizeable and with lots of different souvenirs available to buy. We also visited the bar/restaurant just next to the shop exit/entrance and it was great. Reasonably priced food including pintxos and tapas. Beer was nice!

Family of four opted on our last day in Bilbao to do the stadium tour of Athletic Bilbao's San Mames stadium and we all were glad we did.
The tour was run in Spanish and English, with ample opportunities to take photos throughout. The guide kept the tour interesting and enjoyable, visiting the park, changing rooms, media area, VIP area.
The museum of Athletic Bilbao was interesting and the kids loved the interactive experience towards the end.

A great experience for all football lovers but also an excellent day out for all the family.
