We went in looking for some nice handcrafted pieces that were unique but found bowls that were identical to ones we had bought earlier in a souvenir shop but the ones here were more than double the price! Disgraceful
Mercado Postigo offers one-of-a-kind, hand-made items from local artists - not the piles of tourist market junk mass produced elsewhere. Jewelry, leather goods and ceramics predominate. Quality is very good. Prices are also very reasonable.
